Pursuant to the directions issued by the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), vide Circular dated 16th July 2025, shareholders are hereby notified about the launch of the “Saksham Niveshak – 100 Days Campaign”, scheduled from 28^th July 2025 to 6^th November 2025.

This initiative aims to create awareness amongst investors and facilitate the resolution of pending issues relating to unclaimed dividends and shares transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), updation of KYC and nomination details, and enable investors to claim their rightful entitlements.

it is mandatory for all investors to update their PAN, KYC, Nomination, Bank details, Contact details (postal address, mobile number), and Demat account linking (where applicable) to avoid freezing of folios and to ensure seamless processing of corporate benefits.

The dividends on shares are payable only in electronic mode i.e dividends will be credited directly to the bank accounts of the shareholders.

In view of the above, you are requested to immediately claim your un-encashed dividend amounts by sending the following documents to KFin Technologies Limited, the Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTA) of the Company so as to avoid the transfer of dividend/shares to the IEPF

• Form ISR-1: Duly filled and signed, with self-attested KYC documents.
• Form ISR-2: Duly filled and signed, with banker’s attestation of signature and original cancelled cheque (with name printed) or self-attested bank passbook/statement.
• Form SH-13: For adding a nominee.
• Form ISR-3: If you wish to opt out of nomination.
