Mr. M M Murugappan |
Mr. Murugappan holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, USA. He has held the position of Managing Director of CUMI in the past. Besides serving as the Chairman of CUMI, Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company Limited and Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited, he is on the Boards of several companies including IIT Madras Research Park, Cyient Limited, Ambadi Investments Limited and Murugappa Organo Water Solutions Private Limited. Mr. Murugappan was elected as a fellow of the Indian Ceramic Society and is also a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers, Plastics & Rubber Institute. He is also a member of the Board of Governors, IIT Madras. | |

Mr. B. Ramaratnam graduated from the University of Mumbai, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has experience in the areas of statutory and internal audit, due diligence, SOX compliance and other professional services. He worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, A.F.Ferguson and Deloitte Haskins & Sells where he was a partner till 2015. During the course of his long career, he has serviced national and multinational clients from diverse sectors such as manufacturing, trading, software, time-share, real estate, financial services, pharma, engineering, construction, services etc. He has also handled audits of many leading organisations in almost all key sectors. He is currently a Board member of Redington (India) Limited. | |

Ms. Vasudha Sundararaman |
Ms. Vasudha Sundararaman, is a B.Sc (Zoology) graduate from Stella Maris College, Chennai, M.Sc (Zoology), from Madras University and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. She joined State Bank of India as a probationary officer in 1981 in Delhi and retired in November 2017 as a Chief General Manager. She has served as a MD & CEO of a SBI’s subsidiary company. Ms. Vasudha was actively involved in implementation of Business Process Re-engineering projects of the bank in Retail Loan Processing and has played leadership role in designing and implementing a novel HR project in the Bank, aimed at impacting the individuals of the Bank. | |

Mr. Vellayan Subbiah is a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from IIT Madras and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He has over 23 years of work experience in consulting, technology and financial services. He is the Chairman of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited and CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited and the Managing Director of Tube Investments of India Limited. He is on the Board of various companies including DOT IOT Technologies Private Limited, Shanthi Gears Ltd. and SRF Ltd. Mr. K Balasubramanian (67 years) is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He served as a CFO in Matrimony.com Ltd in 2016 for a period of two and half years and was instrumental to list the Company public. Prior to joining Matrimony.com he had served as a financial advisor to a Chennai based Chemical Manufacturing Company. Mr. Balasubramanian was associated with Tube Investments of India Ltd for nearly three decades and had been a CFO of the Company for nearly 14 years. He was associated with Price WaterHouse, Africa for four years as a Senior Consultant prior to joining Tube Investments. | |

Mr. Sridharan Rangarajan is a Graduate in Commerce from the Madurai University, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a graduate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and a certified Six Sigma 'Green Belt', trained 'Process Champion' and 'Black Belt'. He is a Group Chief Financial Officer of the Murugappa Group and has over 30 years of experience in Finance, manufacturing, service & distribution, banking and contracting industries. Is a director on the Boards of various companies including Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company Ltd., Parry Agro Industries Ltd., Cholamandalam MS Risk Services Ltd. and Net Access India Ltd. Mr. Sridharan has cross cultural work experience with Middle Eastern, Israeli, European, American and Asians. | |
